A public sale is a tool of a direct estate sale and of the possibility of a public auction of the selling price. Nowadays, public sales are considered to be a sales tool in seller’s executory and financial problems. This is only a false or biased information which is known to the public only marginally. One of the modern and effective ways of the estate sale is a voluntary auction. In this case, the estate agent, i.e. the estate agency, publishes the estates and carries on the same way as in the case of a standard sale. All legal requirements must be met, e.g. publishing the auction at the central address or entering the auction ordinance of the estates sold etc. Finally, the public voluntary auction is carried out. It is possible to advance the prices until the final knock-down which confirms the selling price.
