High quality degree of the services we provide is guaranteed by a set of qualification tests of the new team members. The estate agency I.E.T. Reality s.r.o. is a company that adheres to our clients´ needs in accordance with the partnership principles of a European estate agency. The company I.E.T. Reality perceives the change of requirements of the quality of provided services that result from the open European space as essential.

This estate agency also operating on the field of financial consulting was established in 1981 in Austria. The original trade name was System Financ AG and the main field of operation was financial consulting and capital markets. Later on, this company has also focused on the real estate investments and by the end of 1980s a subsidiary company called Immobilien Entwicklung und Treuhandgeselschaft G.m.b.H. has been established. This company now operates under the name of I.E.T. Immobilien, G.m.b.H. Main activities of this company included complex real estate services, i.e. all kinds of estates purchase and sales arrangements and all related services of estate agencies including financial consulting. In 1998, after long lasting and successful operations in Austria, this company established its new branch in Brno, Czech Republic. This Brno branch has been successfully providing its services in the field of real estate services and financial consulting up to the present day.

Our company I.E.T.Reality, s.r.o. is a dynamic, successful estate agency very much in demand and with a long tradition. It has been operating in the Czech Republic for more than 10 years and it has been taking care of its customers professionally, providing them complex services of an estate agency and financial consulting. We resumed the good and well-established traditions of our parent company in which our company I.E.T.Reality s.r.o. is only a Czech subject. We work with our own professionally trained team members –estate agents in our own company background. We emphasize the complex real estate service for our client, we draft up an individual real estate purchase or sales plan for every customer including provision of law services and financing the purchase price. Our estate agency advertises and Publisher in all available magazines, media and Internet portals. Our services are available for every customer to their own complete satisfaction.

In the next few years, we plan a development of our services and covering larger area by means of other branches of our company. Our company was present at the successful establishment of subsidiaries and partner companies I.E.T.Development, s.r.o. and I.E.T.Finanz, s.r.o. that deal with newly emerging developer projects in the field of engineering on one’s own lands and real estate construction with financial security of all real estate businesses.
